How do I access my Softball Inner Circle account?
It's easy! Just go to the login page, enter your email address and the password you were sent when you signed up. Then hit the Login Now button.
You'll be directed inside your Softball Inner Circle account, where you can access the programs you purchased.
I forgot my password!
Don't worry! Just go to the login page, enter your email address and hit Forgot Password, and we'll send you instructions to reset your login credentials.
Is Softball Inner Circle a one-time purchase?
Softball Inner Circle is a monthly subscription. Your first month includes $159.88 worth of material for just $1. After that, if you choose to continue, we'll hand-select a new coaching video for you ever month, and charge you the lowest charter membership rate - just $29.95.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes your circumstances change. You're no longer coaching, or you no longer need the ongoing support that Softball Inner Circle offers.
So to make it easy, you can cancel at any time, with no obligation. Just contact us via email or using the Live Chat icon at the bottom of the screen. And we'll take care of it for you - no questions asked.
I never received a username or password...
Immediately after purchase, we automatically send an email to you from Coach Becky Wittenburg with the subject line "Congratulations on joining Softball Inner Circle!"
Go check your inbox for that email now. Make sure you check the same email address you used during purchase.
If you don't see it, try searching for it using "Coach Becky Wittenburg" as your search term. Also check your Spam or Promotions folder to see if it went there by accident.

Do I receive any DVDs or hard copies?
All of our videos are digital products, which gives you the following
